Questions about free certificates
Are the certificate templates really free?
Yes. Every template marked Free can be edited and downloaded as a print-ready PDF without an account, a watermark or a trial. A small number of Pro designs are marked with a badge: you can edit them for free, and downloading them is part of CerShare Pro.
Can I change the wording, colours and fonts?
Yes, everything. Click any line to rewrite it, switch between the design’s colour schemes or pick your own colours, change fonts and sizes, and switch between landscape and portrait.
How do I print a certificate?
Download the PDF at A4 or US Letter size and print it at “Actual size” (100%) so nothing is cropped. Heavy matte, parchment or card stock between 160 and 250 gsm gives the best result.
Are the templates available in Arabic?
Yes. Every design has an Arabic edition laid out right to left with Arabic fonts, and you can switch the site to Arabic at any time.
Can I make certificates for a whole group?
