About this template
The Ocean Blue Cloud Private Pilot Ground School Certificate is a modern Private Pilot Ground School Certificate template that flight schools, driving schools and transport operators use to reward students and staff. It is shown here in ocean blue, with soft clouds, Titillium Web headings and Source Sans 3 for the smaller text. You will also find it under Course Completion on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations, [Name]! You have been named Student of the Week for [Reason].
With thanks to [Name] for everything you do for the pupils of [School].
In recognition of [Name]’s excellent progress in [Subject]. Keep up the great work!
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the classroom hours and theory exams lines. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. The design comes with three colour schemes (Cockpit Blue, Night Panel and Desert Ops), and every single colour can be changed. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
