About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Gold Orbit New Year Award gives schools, clubs and families through the year a classic way to put a thank-you in writing. On CerShare it comes in the Black Tie colour scheme, with planets and orbits as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Faustina with Jost. It works just as well as a certificate of participation or a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Thank you, [Name], for always going the extra mile. We could not have done it without you.
For [Name]: thank you for the patience, the encouragement and the many hours behind the scenes.
Presented to [Name] with gratitude for sharing your expertise at [Event] on [Date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Colours are yours to change: try Midnight, or match your own brand colours. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
