About this template
If you need to thank volunteers for their time, this Donor Circle Certificate does it with a timeless layout that charities and volunteer coordinators will recognise straight away. On CerShare it comes in the Grey Flannel colour scheme, with a round seal as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Source Serif 4 with Hanken Grotesk. It works just as well as a membership certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

This certificate recognises [Name]’s service as a volunteer for Donor Circle.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, circle and member since and the signatures. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Source Serif 4 and Hanken Grotesk. Colours are yours to change: try Natural Linen, or match your own brand colours. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
