About this template
Here is a clean way to record training that has been completed: the Teal Gear Life Coach Certificate, a template that suits gyms, studios and wellness academies. It is shown here in teal, with gears, Figtree headings and Libre Franklin for the smaller text. You will also find it under Professional Certification on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Certificate number [0000]: [Name] completed Life Coach Certification on [Date]. Refresher due [Month Year].
[Name] has successfully completed Life Coach Certification and is competent in the procedures covered. Valid until [Expiry date].
Awarded to [Name] for completing Life Coach Certification in line with [Standard or policy].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the coaching hours and mentor sessions fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Colours are yours to change: try Sunrise, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Figtree and Libre Franklin. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
