Made with gyms, studios and wellness academies in mind, this Pilates Instructor Certificate helps you record training that has been completed without starting from a blank page. The colour scheme you see, Blush & Slate, is one of three built into the design. Change a few words and it doubles as a professional certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For completing Pilates Instructor: [6] hours of training, including theory, practice and a final check.
[Name] has completed Pilates Instructor. Please keep this certificate with your training records.
This certifies that [Name] has completed Pilates Instructor ([4] CPD hours) on [Date], delivered by [Trainer].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the training hours and apparatus lines. Colours are yours to change: try Clay & Sage, or match your own brand colours. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
