About this template
The Gold Seal Certificate of Distinction is a clean Certificate of Distinction template that schools, managers and club leaders use to celebrate a goal that has been reached. The colour scheme you see, Gilt & Prussian, is one of three built into the design, with a round seal at the heart of the layout.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Awarded to [Name] for exceeding expectations in [Project or subject]. Your effort made the difference.
In recognition of [Name]’s achievement on [Date]. Proof that persistence pays off.
Presented with pride to [Name] for an outstanding achievement, from everyone at [Organisation].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Prefer another look? Switch to the Gilt & Claret or Gilt & Verdigris colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Scheherazade New.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
