About this template
If you need to name a winner and make it official, this Exchange Award does it with a classic layout that competition organisers, schools and clubs will recognise straight away. The colour scheme you see, Heather, is one of three built into the design, with a double border at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a school certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
In recognition of [Name], whose work was judged best in [Category] by [Judges].
Congratulations to [Name] on Exchange Award. A well-deserved win.
Winner of Exchange Award: [Name]. Signed on behalf of the judging panel on [Date].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, host institution and duration and the signatures. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Prefer another look? Switch to the Moss & Bronze or Slate & Gold colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Aref Ruqaa.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
