About this template
The Charcoal Banded Practical Skills Training Certificate is a clean Practical Skills Training Certificate template that training companies and course providers use to record training that has been completed. Atkinson Hyperlegible sets the title and IBM Plex Sans carries the details, with a bold band of colour giving the page its character. Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certifies that [Name] has completed the Practical Skills Training ([4] CPD hours) on [Date], delivered by [Trainer].
This is to confirm that [Name] attended the Practical Skills Training on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.
[Name] has successfully completed the Practical Skills Training and is competent in the procedures covered. Valid until [Expiry date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the skills assessed in practice and venue lines. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Colours are yours to change: try Workshop Green, or match your own brand colours. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Noto Sans Arabic.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
