About this template
Made with safety officers, HR and compliance teams in mind, this Risk Assessment Certificate helps you record training that has been completed without starting from a blank page. Look closely and you will notice scattered stars, set off by Prompt lettering in olive.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Certificate number [0000]: [Name] completed Risk Assessment on [Date]. Refresher due [Month Year].
[Name] has successfully completed Risk Assessment and is competent in the procedures covered. Valid until [Expiry date].
Awarded to [Name] for completing Risk Assessment in line with [Standard or policy].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, assessed, risk scoring and valid until and the signatures. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Prompt and Work Sans. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Signal Spectrum, or match your own brand colours. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Cairo.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
