About this template
If you need to record training that has been completed, this Elderly Care Certificate does it with a playful layout that care providers, counsellors and support services will recognise straight away. It is shown here in slate grey, with flowers, Caveat headings and Lora for the smaller text. Change a few words and it doubles as a volunteer certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, learning hours, level and setting and the signatures. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. The design comes with three colour schemes (Cottage Rose, Lavender Hedge and Apricot Wall), and every single colour can be changed. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Aref Ruqaa.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
