About this template
If you need to record training that has been completed, this Container Crane Operator Certificate does it with a formal layout that port operators, maritime academies and shipping firms will recognise straight away. The colour scheme you see, Signal Red, is one of three built into the design, with flowing waves at the heart of the layout.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] on completing Container Crane Operator with [Organisation]. Thank you for keeping everyone safe.
This is to confirm that [Name] attended Container Crane Operator on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.
Certificate number [0000]: [Name] completed Container Crane Operator on [Date]. Refresher due [Month Year].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the crane type, live moves logged and simulator hours fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. The design comes with three colour schemes (Crane Blue, Signal Red and Terminal Green), and every single colour can be changed. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Reem Kufi.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
