About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Chocolate Wave Workstation Ergonomics Certificate gives safety officers, HR and compliance teams a clean way to record training that has been completed. The colour scheme you see, Warm Office, is one of three built into the design, with flowing waves at the heart of the layout.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For completing Workstation Ergonomics: [6] hours of training, including theory, practice and a final check.
Certificate number [0000]: [Name] completed Workstation Ergonomics on [Date]. Refresher due [Month Year].
Presented to [Name] on completing Workstation Ergonomics with [Organisation]. Thank you for keeping everyone safe.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the workstation check, duration and review by fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Athiti and Mulish. Colours are yours to change: try Studio Sage, or match your own brand colours. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with El Messiri.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
