About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Steel Blue Heart Pet Adoption Certificate gives pet owners, trainers, shelters and shows a playful way to welcome a new member. Galindo sets the title and Mulish carries the details, with hearts giving the page its character.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certifies that [Name] is a [Grade] member of [Organisation], admitted on [Date]. Member no. [0000].
[Name] is a member in good standing of [Association]. Signed by the Secretary, [Date].
Presented to [Name] on election to [Grade] of [Society], [Year].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the species, age and microchip lines. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Prefer another look? Switch to the Terracotta & Sage or Plum & Butter colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
