About this template
The Crimson Banded Certificate of Membership is a crisp Certificate of Membership template that clubs, societies and associations use to welcome a new member. Quattrocento sets the title and Hanken Grotesk carries the details, with a bold band of colour giving the page its character.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] is a member in good standing of [Association]. Signed by the Secretary, [Date].
This certificate confirms [Name] as a membership holder, membership number [0000].
[Organisation] is pleased to confirm the membership of [Name], with all the rights and privileges it brings.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, member no., member since and grade and the signatures. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Prefer another look? Switch to the Teal & Brass or Royal Blue & Gold colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Noto Naskh Arabic.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
