About this template
Here is a timeless way to welcome a new member: the Navy Chart Gym Membership Card, a template that suits small businesses, spas, restaurants and gift-givers. Look closely and you will notice chart lines and a ticket-stub edge, set off by Rouge Script lettering in navy. You will also find it under Gift Certificates on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certificate confirms [Name] as a Gym Membership holder, membership number [0000].
With a warm welcome to [Name], our newest member since [Month Year].
Presented to [Name] on election to [Grade] of [Society], [Year].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the member no., home club and start date lines. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Rouge Script and Barlow Condensed. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Colours are yours to change: try Iron & Volt, or match your own brand colours. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
