If you need to recognise the people who keep a team going, this Employee of the Month Certificate does it with a contemporary layout that managers, HR teams and team leaders will recognise straight away. Look closely and you will notice a medal and hearts, set off by Varela Round lettering in purple.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. The design comes with three colour schemes (Mint & Coral, Sky & Rose and Lavender & Peach), and every single colour can be changed. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
