If you need to recognise the people who keep a team going, this Employee Recognition Award does it with a classic layout that managers and HR teams will recognise straight away. Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the department and period fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Corporate Blue, or match your own brand colours. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Alexandria.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
