About this template
The Jade Ribbon Teamwork Award is a classic Teamwork Award template that managers and HR teams use to recognise the people who keep a team going. Look closely and you will notice a ribbon, set off by IM FELL English SC lettering in jade. You will also find it under Awards & Competitions on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] in recognition of outstanding performance and teamwork during [Quarter].
Employee of the Month, [Month Year]: [Name], for [Reason]. Thank you for raising the bar.
This award recognises [Name] for living our values every single day.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the team and teams united fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Colours are yours to change: try Navy & Gold, or match your own brand colours. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
