Here is a fun way to recognise the people who keep a team going: the Teal Sunburst Meeting Master Award, a template that suits office teams that like a laugh. The colour scheme you see, Boardroom Teal, is one of three built into the design, with a sunburst at the heart of the layout.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Awarded to [Name] for exceptional work in [Month]. Customers noticed, and so did we.
Congratulations, [Name]! Your colleagues voted you Meeting Master for always being the first to help.
Presented to [Name] in recognition of outstanding performance and teamwork during [Quarter].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. The design comes with three colour schemes (Whiteboard Blue, Marker Purple and Boardroom Teal), and every single colour can be changed. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
