About this template
The Forest Green Sunburst Restaurant Star Employee Award is a crisp Restaurant Star Employee Award template that restaurants, hotels and cookery schools use to recognise the people who keep a team going. On CerShare it comes in the Bistro Green colour scheme, with a sunburst as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Damion with Plus Jakarta Sans. You will also find it under Awards & Competitions on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Employee of the Month, [Month Year]: [Name], for [Reason]. Thank you for raising the bar.
This award recognises [Name] for living our values every single day.
Presented to [Name] in recognition of outstanding performance and teamwork during [Quarter].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Prefer another look? Switch to the Bordeaux or Midnight colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Amiri.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
