Managers and HR teams reach for designs like this one when they want to recognise the people who keep a team going: a cheerful Team Spirit Award that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Look closely and you will notice balloons and confetti, set off by Lemon lettering in navy. It works just as well as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Prefer another look? Switch to the Lilac Fizz or Peach Soda colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Lemon and Nunito. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
