About this template
Use this contemporary Hotel Service Excellence Award to recognise the people who keep a team going. It suits restaurants, hotels and cookery schools, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. The colour scheme you see, Burgundy & Gold, is one of three built into the design, with scattered stars at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name], [Team]: Hotel Service Excellence. Reliable, generous and always calm under pressure.
Congratulations, [Name]! Your colleagues voted you Hotel Service Excellence for always being the first to help.
This award recognises [Name] for living our values every single day.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the star service lines. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Grand Hotel and Cormorant Garamond. Colours are yours to change: try Emerald & Brass, or match your own brand colours. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Aref Ruqaa.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
