About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Mustard Ticket Chef of the Month Award gives restaurants, hotels and cookery schools a classic way to recognise the people who keep a team going. It is shown here in mustard, with a ticket-stub edge, Kaushan Script headings and Barlow Condensed for the smaller text. It works just as well as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This award recognises [Name] for living our values every single day.
Employee of the Month, [Month Year]: [Name], for [Reason]. Thank you for raising the bar.
Congratulations, [Name]! Your colleagues voted you Chef of the Month for always being the first to help.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Colours are yours to change: try Steel & Tomato, or match your own brand colours. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
