About this template

It is shown here in emerald, with scattered stars, Sansita headings and Outfit for the smaller text.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Employee of the Month, [Month Year]: [Name], for [Reason]. Thank you for raising the bar.
Presented to [Name] in recognition of outstanding performance and teamwork during [Quarter].
Congratulations, [Name]! Your colleagues voted you Employee of the Month for always being the first to help.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Sunny Board, or match your own brand colours. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Lemonada.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
