Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Burgundy Banded Workplace Assessor Certificate gives training academies, event hosts and L&D teams a crisp way to recognise the people who keep a team going. The colour scheme you see, Graphite & Burgundy, is one of three built into the design, with a bold band of colour at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a certificate of appreciation or a professional certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, units assessed and the signatures. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. The design comes with three colour schemes (Slate Board & Green, Walnut & Navy and Graphite & Burgundy), and every single colour can be changed. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
