About this template
The Midnight Starry Team Spirit Award is a bright Team Spirit Award template that managers and HR teams use to recognise the people who keep a team going. It is shown here in midnight blue, with scattered stars, Lilita One headings and Figtree for the smaller text. Change a few words and it doubles as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This award recognises [Name] for living our values every single day.
With thanks to [Name] for [Achievement]. Enjoy the reserved parking spot.
For [Name], who turned a busy month into our best one yet. With thanks from [Manager] and the team.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. The design comes with three colour schemes (Memphis Pop, Arcade and Sorbet), and every single colour can be changed. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Marhey.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
