Here is a contemporary way to recognise the people who keep a team going: the Midnight Starry Employee of the Month Certificate, a template that suits managers and HR teams. The colour scheme you see, Electric Cyan, is one of three built into the design, with scattered stars at the heart of the layout.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. The design comes with three colour schemes (Stage Gold, Electric Cyan and Crimson Stage), and every single colour can be changed. Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
