About this template
Managers, HR teams and team leaders reach for designs like this one when they want to recognise the people who keep a team going: a modern Employee of the Month Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Stardos Stencil sets the title and Barlow carries the details, with a fine border giving the page its character.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name], [Team]: Employee of the Month. Reliable, generous and always calm under pressure.
This award recognises [Name] for living our values every single day.
Employee of the Month, [Month Year]: [Name], for [Reason]. Thank you for raising the bar.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the month, awarded to and for fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Prefer another look? Switch to the Safety Yellow or Safety Orange colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Lalezar.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
