About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Sunshine Yellow Starry Rookie of the Year Award gives sales leaders and customer success teams a fun way to recognise the people who keep a team going. It is shown here in sunshine yellow, with scattered stars, Passion One headings and Plus Jakarta Sans for the smaller text. It works just as well as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For [Name], who turned a busy month into our best one yet. With thanks from [Manager] and the team.
Congratulations, [Name]! Your colleagues voted you Rookie of the Year for always being the first to help.
This award recognises [Name] for living our values every single day.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Prefer another look? Switch to the Sunrise Pop or Berry Lime colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Lemonada.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
