Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Red Starry Cashier Excellence Award gives retailers, warehouses and frontline managers a clean way to recognise the people who keep a team going. On CerShare it comes in the Coral Counter colour scheme, with scattered stars as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Antonio with Inter. It works just as well as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the transactions, till accuracy and scan rate lines. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Antonio and Inter. Colours are yours to change: try Mint Till, or match your own brand colours. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Changa.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
