About this template
Made with retailers, warehouses and frontline managers in mind, this Warehouse Excellence Award helps you recognise the people who keep a team going without starting from a blank page. League Gothic sets the title and Archivo Narrow carries the details, with a fine border giving the page its character. It works just as well as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations, [Name]! Your colleagues voted you Warehouse Excellence for always being the first to help.
This award recognises [Name] for living our values every single day.
Presented to [Name] in recognition of outstanding performance and teamwork during [Quarter].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the bay, pick accuracy and orders shipped lines. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. The design comes with three colour schemes (Safety Yellow, Hi-Vis Orange and Green Zone), and every single colour can be changed. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
