Boards, foundations and award committees reach for designs like this one when they want to recognise the people who keep a team going: a timeless President's Club Award that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. It is shown here in burgundy, with scattered stars, Neuton headings and Manrope for the smaller text. It works just as well as a membership certificate or a competition award.
Suggested wording

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the of annual target, of 2,400 advisers and quarters in a row fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Colours are yours to change: try Onyx & Platinum, or match your own brand colours. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Alexandria.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
