About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Burgundy Starry Best Department Award gives HR teams and line managers a classic way to recognise the people who keep a team going. Look closely and you will notice scattered stars and a badge, set off by Roboto Slab lettering in burgundy. You will also find it under Awards & Competitions on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Awarded to [Name] for exceptional work in [Month]. Customers noticed, and so did we.
Congratulations, [Name]! Your colleagues voted you Best Department for always being the first to help.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, satisfaction and response time and the signatures. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. The design comes with three colour schemes (Cobalt, Teal and Crimson), and every single colour can be changed. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Noto Kufi Arabic.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
