Use this classic Patient Care Award to name a winner and make it official. It suits hospitals, clinics and nursing schools, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. With flowers and Noticia Text headings, it has a classic feel, while the Seafoam palette keeps the colours fresh. It works just as well as a training certificate.
Suggested wording

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Colours are yours to change: try Blush & Sage, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Noticia Text and Work Sans. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
