About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Forest Green Moonlit Lunar New Year Award gives schools, cultural centres and community festivals a clean way to name a winner and make it official. On CerShare it comes in the Imperial Jade colour scheme, with a crescent moon as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Aboreto with Crimson Pro. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of participation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Highly commended: [Name], for [Entry title]. The judges were impressed.
Presented to [Name], champion of [Competition] [Year], with the admiration of every competitor.
In recognition of [Name], whose work was judged best in [Category] by [Judges].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Colours are yours to change: try Lacquer Red, or match your own brand colours. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Noto Kufi Arabic.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
