About this template
Here is a clean way to name a winner and make it official: the Red Medal Cooking Competition Certificate, a template that suits restaurants, hotels and cookery schools. Look closely and you will notice a medal and a ribbon, set off by Leckerli One lettering in red. You will also find it under Course Completion on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Winner of Cooking Competition: [Name]. Signed on behalf of the judging panel on [Date].
This certificate is presented to [Name] for winning [Category] at [Competition].
First place: [Name]. Presented at [Event] on [Date] in recognition of an outstanding entry.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the place lines. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Prefer another look? Switch to the Open Flame or Smoky BBQ colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
