About this template
If you need to name a winner and make it official, this Award Certificate does it with a formal layout that competition organisers, schools and clubs will recognise straight away. Old Standard TT sets the title and Cormorant Garamond carries the details, with a mountain skyline giving the page its character. Change a few words and it doubles as a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
In recognition of [Name], whose work was judged best in [Category] by [Judges].
Congratulations to [Name] on [Award name]. A well-deserved win.
Winner of [Award name]: [Name]. Signed on behalf of the judging panel on [Date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the the uncharted sea lines. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Prefer another look? Switch to the Parchment or Vellum Red colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
