Use this traditional Donor Thank-You Certificate to thank volunteers for their time. It suits charities and volunteer coordinators, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. Look closely and you will notice leaves and branches, set off by Italiana lettering in chocolate. It works just as well as a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the your gift supported fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. The design comes with three colour schemes (Sage & Blush, Dusk and Terracotta), and every single colour can be changed. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
