About this template
Here is a modern way to confirm a professional qualification: the Plum Seal Board Certified Certificate, a template that suits professional bodies, institutes and societies. It is shown here in plum, with a round seal, Rufina headings and Archivo for the smaller text. It works just as well as a membership certificate or a training certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Awarded to [Name] on successful completion of the [Exam] examination, [Date].
This certifies that [Name] has met the requirements of Board Certification. Credential ID [ABC-0000], valid until [Date].

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the specialty, certificate no. and valid until lines. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. The design comes with three colour schemes (Clinical Blue, Slate & Copper and Plum Board), and every single colour can be changed. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
