About this template
Made with registries, associations and companies issuing formal records in mind, this Certificate of Good Standing helps you confirm a professional qualification without starting from a blank page. The colour scheme you see, Teal Registry, is one of three built into the design, with corner ornaments at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a membership certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] is hereby recognised as a [Title], having passed the assessment on [Date] with a score of [Score].
Registered: [Name], registration number [0000], effective [Date].
Awarded to [Name] on successful completion of the [Exam] examination, [Date].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, annual returns on record and the signatures. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Prefer another look? Switch to the Oxblood & Slate or Indigo Seal colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Noto Naskh Arabic.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
