About this template
Here is a traditional way to confirm a professional qualification: the Chocolate Rosette Certificate of Registration, a template that suits registries, associations and companies issuing formal records. Look closely and you will notice a ribbon rosette and a round seal, set off by Libre Caslon Text lettering in chocolate. It works just as well as a membership certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] has demonstrated the competencies required for [Certification]. Assessor: [Assessor name].
Awarded to [Name] on successful completion of the [Exam] examination, [Date].
This certifies that [Name] has met the requirements of [Certification]. Credential ID [ABC-0000], valid until [Date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the registration no., date of entry and register folio lines. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Libre Caslon Text and Karla. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Prefer another look? Switch to the Registry Green or Ledger Blue colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Amiri.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
