Made with registries, associations and companies issuing formal records in mind, this Certificate of Compliance helps you confirm a professional qualification without starting from a blank page. On CerShare it comes in the Graphite & Moss colour scheme, with a sunburst as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Castoro with Public Sans. It works just as well as a training certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] is hereby recognised as a [Title], having passed the assessment on [Date] with a score of [Score].
This is to certify that [Company] is an authorised [Partner type] of [Organisation] for [Year].
This certifies that [Name] has met the requirements of [Certification]. Credential ID [ABC-0000], valid until [Date].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the inspection ref., scope and inspected fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Castoro and Public Sans. Colours are yours to change: try Signal Teal, or match your own brand colours. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
