About this template
Safety officers, HR and compliance teams reach for designs like this one when they want to confirm a professional qualification: a modern Internal Auditor Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. The colour scheme you see, Graphite Spectrum, is one of three built into the design, with gears at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a training certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] is hereby recognised as a [Title], having passed the assessment on [Date] with a score of [Score].
[Organisation] confirms that [Name] holds Internal Auditor at [Level].
Registered: [Name], registration number [0000], effective [Date].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, scope, audits logged and valid until and the signatures. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Open Sans and Source Serif 4. The design comes with three colour schemes (Audit Four, Corporate Navy and Graphite Spectrum), and every single colour can be changed. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
