Here is a traditional way to confirm that someone took part: the Royal Blue Classic Certificate of Attendance, a template that suits event organisers and conference hosts. With DM Serif Display headings, it has a timeless feel, while the Cobalt palette keeps the colours fresh.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certifies that [Name] participated in [Event], held at [Venue] on [Date].
Thank you, [Name], for joining [Event] as a [Speaker, panellist or delegate].
Presented to [Name] for taking part in [Event] and contributing to its success.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, CPD credits and the signatures. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. The design comes with three colour schemes (Vermilion, Cobalt and Forest), and every single colour can be changed. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
