About this template
The Bronze Leafy Earth Day Pledge Certificate is a crisp Earth Day Pledge Certificate template that schools, cultural centres and community festivals use to confirm that someone took part. With leaves and branches and Tenor Sans headings, it has a contemporary feel, while the Clay & Moss palette keeps the colours fresh. It works just as well as a volunteer certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certifies that [Name] participated in [Event], held at [Venue] on [Date].
Awarded to [Name] for active participation in [Programme], [Dates].
Certificate of attendance: [Name] attended Earth Day Pledge ([6] CPD hours), [Date].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the my pledges fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Prefer another look? Switch to the Ocean & Leaf or Forest & Sky colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Tenor Sans and Karla. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
