About this template
Use this clean Keynote Speaker Certificate to confirm that someone took part. It suits conference organisers and event teams, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. It is shown here in black, with a bold band of colour, Google Sans headings and Figtree for the smaller text. It works just as well as a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] attended [Webinar title] on [Date], hosted by [Organisation].
Certificate of attendance: [Name] attended Keynote Speaker ([6] CPD hours), [Date].
Thank you, [Name], for joining [Event] as a [Speaker, panellist or delegate].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the opening keynote lines. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Colours are yours to change: try Electric Indigo, or match your own brand colours. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Alexandria.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
