Made with workshop hosts, seminar organisers and webinar teams in mind, this Seminar Attendance Certificate helps you confirm that someone took part without starting from a blank page. Look closely and you will notice a bold band of colour, set off by DM Serif Text lettering in burgundy. It works just as well as a course completion certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This is to confirm that [Name] was registered for and attended [Event] in full.
Awarded to [Name] for active participation in [Programme], [Dates].
[Name] attended [Webinar title] on [Date], hosted by [Organisation].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the programme, venue and duration fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Colours are yours to change: try Navy & Vermilion, or match your own brand colours. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
