Use this traditional Book Club Membership Certificate to welcome a new member. It suits language schools, libraries and writing groups, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. The colour scheme you see, Oxblood, is one of three built into the design, with scattered stars at the heart of the layout.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] on election to [Grade] of [Society], [Year].
[Organisation] is pleased to confirm the membership of [Name], with all the rights and privileges it brings.
This certifies that [Name] is a [Grade] member of [Organisation], admitted on [Date]. Member no. [0000].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the member no., member since and date lines. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Colours are yours to change: try Library Kraft, or match your own brand colours. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
