About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Teal Badge Certificate of Membership gives clubs, societies and associations a crisp way to welcome a new member. The colour scheme you see, Teal & Copper, is one of three built into the design, with a badge at the heart of the layout.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Honorary membership awarded to [Name] in recognition of [Contribution].
[Name] is a member in good standing of [Association]. Signed by the Secretary, [Date].
With a warm welcome to [Name], our newest member since [Month Year].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the grade, valid until and member no. lines. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Ledger and Hanken Grotesk. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. The design comes with three colour schemes (Navy & Crimson, Teal & Copper and Graphite & Red), and every single colour can be changed. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with El Messiri.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
